  • Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs of processing, except weekends and holidays. (This does not include custom orders as they can take up to 2 weeks for delivery)

  • All packages will be delivered to the address you enter online or the address we have on file from a previous order. Ajayi Jewels is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that are incorrectly entered when you order online. Please ensure your address is correct.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped. Please double check your email address. Ajayi Jewels is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses.

  • If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Ajayi Jewels. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

  • If you want to add additional items to a previous order, you have until 2:00 pm EST the SAME DAY to place the additional order. You MUST put in the ‘notes’ section of the checkout page, your previous order number that you want to combine, to ensure secondary shipping refunds. Any order placed past 2:00 pm EST, can not be guaranteed to be combined.


  • If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Ajayi Jewels.

  • If your piece arrives damaged, please contact Ajayi Jewels at, within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged item.

  • Damaged or missing items: Ajayi Jewels offers refunds or replacements on all damaged or missing product within 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to Please include the order number in the subject line. 

  • Ajayi Jewels gladly accepts returns for unworn product in its original packaging within 14 business days of purchase. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORMS OF PAYMENT.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
